1. Coffee is roasted fresh
Freshness is not an empty marketing word at Eddy’s. Our regular coffees are roasted after you order and then shipped. That does not mean you have to drink the beans on the day they are roasted; coffee often needs a little rest. It does mean you are not starting with a bag that has been travelling through a distribution chain for months.

2. You choose by flavour and brewing method
Not everyone wants the same coffee. A superautomatic machine making cappuccino needs something different from a V60 used for black filter coffee. That is why we describe flavour, roast and available grind options as specifically as possible.
For broad everyday use, there is Premium Specialty Coffee. If you want to taste a specific origin, try Brazil Single Origin or Colombia Single Origin. For coffee without the usual caffeine, there is our decaf coffee beans collection.
3. No more letterbox packages
The old 450-gram letterbox products are no longer sold and therefore do not receive recommendations or internal links in our new blogs. We only link to regular active products and collections. That may sound like a small detail, but an online shop should simply be accurate. A link to something you no longer want to sell is useful to nobody.
4. Clear delivery information and guarantee
On the shop, we communicate the current ordering and delivery promise and a satisfaction guarantee. Always check that information when ordering; public holidays, carriers and exceptions can affect the schedule. We would rather make a concrete promise with conditions than say “fast delivery” without explaining what that means.
5. Verified customer reviews

6. Specialty coffee without the theatre
The Specialty Coffee Association describes specialty coffee in terms of distinctive attributes and value. For us, that means good raw material, a suitable roast, clear origin information where available and coffee that is genuinely enjoyable to brew at home.
You do not need to write tasting notes about jasmine in a leather notebook to be allowed to drink specialty coffee. If you simply like chocolate and hazelnut, that is an excellent answer.
7. A manageable range
More products do not automatically make an online shop better. A selection should be large enough to offer a choice and small enough to understand.
